CITRUS – FOREST GREEN T-SHIRT

The history of citrus fruits in Sicily stretches back to the ancient times when the Arabs first brought them to the island (850 A.D.). Thanks to its Mediterranean climate and nutrient-rich volcanic soils, Sicily became an ideal location for cultivating lemons and oranges which straightaway became a symbol of wealth and abundance.
